Refund policy

Karbnon offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For health and food-safety reasons, opened, consumed, or perishable products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
