Patent Pending Notice & Proprietary Rights

The products manufactured, distributed, offered for sale, and/or sold by Karbnon Inc. Foods including without limitation the associated formulations, processes, and methods of manufacture, are the subject of one or more pending United States and/or international patent applications.

This product and the method of manufacture are proprietary to Karbnon Inc. Foods.

The designation “Patent Pending” provides public notice that formal patent protection has been sought. Upon issuance, Karbnon Inc. Foods will enforce its patent rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any unauthorized manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, distribution, replication, reverse engineering, or importation of this product, or any imitation or substantially similar product derived from its proprietary method of manufacture, may constitute infringement and misappropriation and may result in civil liability. Karbnon Inc. Foods expressly reserves the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief, monetary damages, enhanced damages for willful infringement, attorneys’ fees, and recovery of costs.

The absence of any specific product from this notice shall not be construed as a waiver, limitation, or relinquishment of any intellectual property rights.
